NFSP members are being advised to sign up to Post Office Ltd’s (PO’s) Branch Hub, for the very latest information on all issues affecting the day to day running of your branch.
PO has launched the site earlier than planned to allow subpostmasters to change branch hours during the COVID-19 crisis, for example – this will automatically update in Branch Finder, so customers are aware of the change.
A facility for ordering personal protective equipment (PPE) is also in the pipeline. Other features include reporting IT issues and a frequently asked questions database.
Amanda Jones, PO Group Retail & Franchise Network Director, said: “The benefit of registering now is that you can access all the great developments as soon as they’re launched. If you need it for changing your hours or for IT issues now, you can start using it today.”
