Following Post Office Ltd’s decision in 2010 to end production of trading period calendars for subpostmasters, NFSP member Cams Campbell has devised a trading period calendar spreadsheet for Groups A-D for colleagues to use.

Trading Period Calendars 2012-13:
Trading Period Calendar (Group A)

Trading Period Calendar (Group B)

Trading Period Calendar (Group C)

Trading Period Calendar (Group D)

Members should note the following:
 - Financial Year 2012/13 is a 53 week year  
 - Group B will need to undertake Branch Trading on 27 Dec 2012  
 - Any Scottish branches in Group C will need to undertake Branch Trading on 3 January 2013  

The trading period calendar spreadsheet can be used each year: simply change the date in the first date cell of the first worksheet and the spreadsheet will automatically update.
