The Federation is the only organisation recognised by Post Office Ltd to negotiate subpostmasters’ remuneration.

All business transacted over a sub post office counter is the subject of negotiations with Post Office Ltd to determine remuneration to subostmasters. As new products are introduced into the network an appropriate product payment rate is negotiated with the Federation.
