Post Office's summer travel campaign goes live this week

With the summer travel season fast approaching, Post Office's summer travel campaign launches this week, using a number of channels to reach the UK public.

The campaign has one clear message: Post Office is an easy and convenient way to get great value on Travel Essentials.

As part of the campaign PO is also bringing back the 'so easy, it's magic' video which you might recognise from last year, although PO has updated it slightly, for example to feature the new Multi Currency Card.

The summer travel campaign focuses on the benefits of PO's products and services.

Post Office's plans include:

  • Promoting  latest travel money and travel insurance summer deals (for example 15% off insurance when you buy travel money, a great example of two products working together).
  • Target those searching for holidays on popular travel website such as Sky Scanner, Ebookers and Kayak and aim to get the campaign seen 100 million times.
  • Using Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - PO aims to reach 98 million customers through this activity.
  • Show the 'So easy, it’s magic video' 10 million times online via 4OD, ITV Hub and Amazon website.
  • Drive footfall onto the high street and visits to our website by using GPS mobile technology to target 6 million customers on the high street and drive them to their nearest branch.
  • Post 2.4 million leaflets to households within a 2 mile radius of their local branch.
  • Reach 22 million customers one month before they travel about services available through Post Office and send out 1.7million emails through the campaign via our customer database.
