Post Office completes acquisition of Fuel Broadband

Post Office Telecoms has now completed the acquisition of Fuel Broadband and is today welcoming 60,000 new customers.

The seamless transition from Fuel Broadband - part of New Call Telecom - to the Post Office completed on 1st August, and our new customers will now be able to take advantage of a range of Post Office benefits, including: Highly competitive pricing; totally unlimited broadband; and a UK-based customer contact centre.

Customers will be able to access a variety of ‘compelling’ telecoms products which include unlimited ADSL broadband (up to 17Mbps), unlimited fibre broadband (up to 38Mbps or 76Mbps) and voice-only home phone.

A Post Office spokesperson added that the company would continue to invest in its customer service teams in Preston, Lancashire and Selkirk, Scotland to ‘enhance our customer experience’.
