The NFSP forum is for NFSP members to communicate with each other. We encourage members to share views and discuss issues.

By registering and accessing the forum you accept the Forum Rules (below), Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Using the forum is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. First ensure you read and accept the Forum Rules, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. The first time that you use the forum you’ll need to register. To do so click on the REGISTER link at www.forum.nfsp.org.uk  

3. When prompted to choose a username you should enter your first name and surname separated by a space (e.g. "John Smith") or if your name requires more than 20 characters, your initial and surname (e.g. "J Smith"). Your password can be anything you choose - it is not linked to the members-only section of the NFSP website.

4. Then we’ll verify (during office hours) that you are an NFSP member and notify you by email when you are able to access the forum.

5. Once you have access you’ll find all the instructions you need in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section.

NFSP Forum Rules
By registering for the forum you agree not to:

• Upload, post, transmit, transfer, disseminate, distribute or facilitate the distribution of any content including text, images, sound, data, information or software that – incites, advocates or expresses adult content such as pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, hatred, bigotry, racism, gratuitous violence or which in any way is in the sole discretion of the NFSP is objectionable, is intended to threaten, stalk, defame, defraud, degrade, victimise, intimidate or discriminate an individual or group of individuals for any reason ; including on the basis of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, or religion, or to incite or encourage any one else to do so.
• Break the law, commit an illegal act or condone or encourage any lawful or illegal activity, to  include any act of contempt of Court, any breach of copyright or breach of intellectual property rights, any act of libel, or any other act which is illegal or violates any local or national laws that apply to your location.
• Attempt to impersonate an NFSP Officer, Trustee, Employee, Agent, Member, another user or any other person through any means or any other person or organisation through any means.
• Use any language which is disparaging to the NFSP or any of its staff, officers or members.   
• Advertise products or services of your own or another, without the NFSP’s permission and with such other third party foreknowing and with their full and willing consent.
• Harm or disrupt another person’s computer or allow others to illegally access software or bypass security on websites or servers to include all activities indirectly but not limited to spamming. 
• Repeatedly post the same or similar messages to the forum or to more than one forum.
• Post messages in anything other than English.
• Describe or encourage activities which break NFSP rules or its constitution.
• Seek to obtain any other person’s private or confidential information or personally identifiable information such as passwords or other contact information without their full knowledge and full and willing consent.
