The local Branch Secretary is the first point of contact for members on all issues. Branch Secretaries are able to offer broad range of advice on just about any aspect of running a post office.
They will deal with local Post Office management representing subpostmasters on disciplinary and contractual disputes plus appeals. They also act as the channel for local/national communication, dissemination of information and policy.
