Benevolent Fund marathon walk

Congratulations to three NFSP members who have walked 80 miles from Plymouth to the NFSP Annual Conference in Torquay to raise money for the NFSP Benevolent Fund.

Incoming National President and Northern Ireland Executive Officer Stephen Harper; London East Branch President Mehmuna Mallu; and North Thames & East Anglia Executive Officer Jim Nott were encouraged along the route by Mike Darvill, outgoing Chair of the Board of Benevolence. The walkers undertook the equivalent of a marathon a day for three days between 12-14 May.

NFSP members have supported their efforts to raise income for the Benevolent Fund by sponsoring them. Members can continue to make donations to the fundraising effort by accessing the dedicated NFSP Benevolent Fund three marathon walk fundraising page
