Annual Conference

Delegates from branches and regions meet once a year to formulate future direction, NFSP policy and our rules.  At Conference, the Executive Council will report on the work done during the year with its recommendations as to future policy.  The Treasurer submits the audited balance sheet and accounts and the Editor of The Subpostmaster submits a report of his work.

Delegates consider and discuss motions brought by branches (via the regions on a wide variety of topics).  Resolutions of Conference help determine the work to be carried out by the Executive Council over the forthcoming year.

It is usual for Conference to be addressed by (at least) a Minister of Government and one or more of the main board of Post Office Ltd, and often a guest speaker from Postcomm will attend.

Resolutions passed at Annual Conference determine NFSP policy.
